Registration and Reporting AFM/APM/ANPM

• We identify the Beneficiary’s obligations according to GEO 196/2005 regarding the Environmental Fund;
• We identify the structure and type of packaging of the products introduced on the national market by the Beneficiary and for which he is responsible according to Law 249/2015;
• We centralize the quantities of packaging introduced on the national market in the previous month;
• We identify and recommend methods of fulfilling the obligations of recycling and valorization of packaging, WEEE and EEE that the Beneficiary has according to Law 249/2015;
• We prepare the monthly declaration to the collaborating OIREPs/OTRs and to the AFM we submit the declaration by the 25th of each month for the previous month, cf. GEO 196/2005;
• We prepare annual reporting in the Integrated Environmental System of packaging and packaging waste and the objectives established by Law 249/2015, achieved individually, fully or partially, cf. Order 578/2006 and Order 794/2012;
